Admission to Part Time courses at the College are currently on. The following programmes are available:

Maritime Transport and Business Management (HND)The programme is designed to produce personnel with adequate knowledge in administration of ports and shipping operations, to enable them perform managerial functions creditably in the maritime industry and other allied industries in general.A National Diploma from a recognized institution (NBTE-Accredited) with at least Lower Credit in relevant courses.
Five (5) Ordinary Level credit passes at SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings in Mathematics and English plus any other three of Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics/Commerce, Geography and Physics.
Evidence of successful completion of Post National Diploma Industrial Training programme with at least one (1) year experience.
Marine Engineering (HND)The programme is intended to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skill to students on engineering design practice, planning, management, operation and maintenance of Marine Engineering systems and equipment suitable for a technician.
The programme develops knowledge and skills in areas such as propulsion, auxiliary systems, stability and structure of merchant ships, electro-technology, mechanical principles, and thermodynamics.
National Diploma from a recognized Institution (NBTE Accredited) in relevant discipline.
Five (5) Ordinary Level Credit Pass in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and one other subject from Metal Work, Wood Work, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics, Economics, Statistics, Further Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science and Geography.
Completion of one (1) year Industrial Training
Maritime Transport and Business Studies (ND)The programme is designed to produce personnel with the ability to perform the functions of supervisory and junior managerial staff in the operations, administrative and finance departments of shipping companies, shipping agencies, ports, oil companies, off-shore oil support companies, manufacturing and logistics companies.Ordinary Level credit passes at WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB in Mathematics and English plus any other three of Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics/Commerce, Geography and Physics.  
Marine Engineering (ND)The programme is designed to impart practical skill and theoretical knowledge to students in Engineering Design, practice, planning, management, operation, repair and maintenance of Marine Engineering systems suitable for technicians.  Ordinary Level credit passes at WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one (1) from Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Biology/Agricultural Science and Geography    
Computer Science (ND)
The programme is designed to produce middle-level manpower computer professionals, capable of applying the use of computer systems to various areas of Information and Communication Technology. The programme covers software development, basics of working with hardware, networks, and computer systems; web development, data analytics amongst other areas of computing.
Five (5) Ordinary Level Credit Pass in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB obtained at not more than two (2) sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics  and any other two (2) subjects from the following: Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science
Mechanical Engineering (ND)The programme is aimed at producing technicians with knowledge, skills and competencies to carry out installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and related systems, components and equipment for the public and private sectors of the economy.Five (5) Ordinary Credit Pass in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB obtained at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and one (1) other subject from: Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Economics, Statistics/Technical Drawings, Auto-Mechanics, Metal Work, and any other relevant subject
National Technical Certificate (NTC) with credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language and in Mechanical Trade areas.
